These are found in foods such as nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews, peanuts), seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, Sesame seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds) vegetable oils (Mustard oil, olive oil, sesame oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil), avocado.
All fat consumption should be in moderation as fats are high in calories
